Kimberly Lord Stewart is an award winning journalist, author and contributor to magazines and newspapers including Military Money, a non-profit financial advice publication for military families. As a military wife, Stewart has served on numerous non-profit boards for military spouses, as the president and program chair, with the primary goal to support the needs of the military family.
Stewart grew up in an Air Force family; her father is a retired Air Force Colonel who served for thirty years, with three tours in Vietnam and as the Air Force Attaché in Bonn, Germany. Stewart is also the wife of a twenty-year retired Navy pilot with tours as an aviator, crisis planner for Provide Promise in Bosnia and Executive Officer of the Naval ROTC Unit, University of Colorado. In addition, Stewart’s sister was a Navy pilot and her brother, was an Army helicopter mechanic. Stewart will assist American Military Family with media and communications.

Representative John Soper is serving his second term for House District 34 and is a member of the Local Government Committee as well as the Health & Human Services Committee.
In 1992, Rep. Soper was the Adams County Democrat of the Year for his extensive service to the community. He has served on numerous boards and committees including: the Thornton Planning Commission for eleven years, County Parliamentarian for over twenty years, and House District 34 chair for over twenty years. He was appointed by Governor Roy Romer to serve on the (CCIA) Pinnacol Assurance Board of Directors where he served for six years. Rep. Soper has also served as chairman of the board for the Electrical Federal Credit Union for six years and been a member for twelve.
Rep. Soper is a retired electrician and twenty-two year veteran of the U.S. Navy where he served as a hospital corpsman. Rep. Soper also taught for five years at Red Rocks Community College.
Rep. Soper is a third generation Colorado native and a product of the Denver Public Schools. He was born and raised in North Denver, moving to Adams County in 1967.
Rep. Soper has been married for over 45 years, has three children, and eight grandchildren. |

| Mike Mobley became well acquainted with the U.S. Military in the fall of 2004 when both sons, identical twins made the decision to join. Matthew is an SPC (soon to be SGT) serving with the 3rd BCT 82nd ABN, HHC - Sniper Platoon out of Fort Bragg, NC, U.S. Army. Ryan is a CPL (soon to be SGT) with the 1st Intel BN, HQ Co., Personal Security Detachment, Camp Pendleton, CA U.S. Marine Corps.
Both sons have been deployed multiple times in support of OIF (Operation Iraqi Freedom, Iraq) and Task Force All-American, New Orleans. >>
